Your AI becomes your business system · Early access
Your spreadsheets become a working business system you can prove.
Run by the AI agent you already use. Approved by your people. No code, no system project. Yours to keep.
AgentForge is in early access and works with Claude today. We reply within two weeks, depending on when early access seats become available.
Before
You probably know this workbook.
It has kept the business running for years. Keeping it right depends on one colleague, a lot of email, and a scramble before every audit.
- Cert_tracker_FINAL_v7.xlsx
- Cert_tracker_FINAL_v7 (Ahmad).xlsx
- "Which one is the latest?"
Day one
Start from the files you already have. Your agent sets it up. A person says yes.
Hand your agent the workbooks you keep, as they are. Nobody tidies them first. Your agent works out how your business is organised and proposes it in plain words. Someone on your team approves what they see, and only then does anything change.
Instead of: a months-long system project, or rebuilding the spreadsheet again. You stay in charge: your agent proposes; a person decides.
Week one
The day-to-day runs through your agent, and nothing slips.
Tell your agent what happened today and it is recorded, correctly, with who and when. Say what matters to you, a licence about to expire or a budget running over, and your agent tells you what needs attention when you ask. Ask for a report and it is ready.
Instead of: checking the spreadsheet every Friday, or nobody checking.
Month three
Your business areas connect. Questions that crossed three spreadsheets get one answer.
People, certificates, locations, clients and orders become one picture, grown one approved step at a time.
"Which client orders next month depend on people whose certifications lapse before the job starts?"
An answer in moments, with the records behind it.
Instead of: cross-checking by hand, or never getting to it.
Year one
See the business as it is, as it was, and why it changed.
Nothing is overwritten. Corrections are kept beside the original, with the reason. The kind of system large companies spend heavily on, built from your own spreadsheets by your own agent.
Instead of: buying an ERP, and the consultants who come with it.
Proof
When an auditor, a regulator or a client asks, you can show them.
- Who changed what, when and why
- Approvals by named people
- Where your records came from
- Stored in Singapore
- Your data, yours to take
Next
Your agent keeps the system up to date, under your approval.
Most AI today helps inside software built for people to operate. Here your agent builds and keeps the system itself, and the system lasts.
Later: ready-made starting points for your industry.
Instead of
- More spreadsheets
- Free and familiar. No control, no history, no one watching.
- An ERP or packaged system
- Proven, but a long project. You adapt the business to the software, and pay consultants.
- A custom build
- Fits exactly, but costly, and you depend on the developer.
- AI chat on your files
- Quick answers. Nothing is kept, governed or provable afterwards.
- AgentForge
- Fitted to your business by your agent, governed by your people, provable, and yours.
Questions your IT lead will ask
Where does the data live?
In Singapore, backups too. You can have a copy of your data whenever you need it. Data and privacy says exactly what leaves Singapore and why.
Who can see it?
Only the people your company invites, each with the access you choose for them. Each company has its own workspace, and no one in one workspace can see another's. What DTAL's own staff can see is set out on Data and privacy.
How do people sign in?
Everyone signs in as themselves, with an AgentForge account or your company's Microsoft sign-in. Their AI agent then works as them, with the same access and no more.
What can the agent do, and not do?
It works within the access of the person it acts for. It can propose changes to how your business is organised, but never approve them: a person does. Every change is kept with who, when and why.
What does early access cost?
Nothing during early access.
Early access is open to a few companies at a time.
